Common questions
Saved Files not showing
Saved Files live inside ReScope until you share or save them to the Files app. Open Saved Files and choose “Save to Files” or “Send Saved File.”
Checks failing
A failed check usually means the file is incomplete or changed. Choose “Recreate Saved File” and try again.
Locked change order edits
Locked change orders are final versions meant for sending and record keeping. Create a revision to make changes while keeping history clear.
